You know what other obscure animated movie was very creepy? The Mouse and His Child. you are never going to close up the border completely unless you fully militarize it, and I don't want to live in East Berlin version 2.0. The solution is to get rid of almost all gun control so if some nutjob starts shooting people then they won't be afraid to shoot back with intent to kill before the nutjob kills 12 people like this guy did. I don't know if people were allowed to have guns at this military base in the living grounds, but in general people who go on killing sprees do so when people are unarmed.
