I wish this came out sooner; I feel like the early years of college could have really benefited from something that makes the most mundane of obligations entertaining.All I need now is an excuse to get one.
Here here.Even the public colleges that are a "bargain" come out to over $20,000 including all the stuff they force you do get(like a room).

I did my thesis on the active submarine volcano with the highest known CO2 in its hydrothermal system.All are entitled to their opinions, but those opinions have only the merit of the information that informs them. To state that this or that effect is too big, or too small, without knowing the potential quantities involved is simply not convincing. Scare tactics don't work on science. Doubting the premise because you don't like the proposed solution is a fallacy.

He was being tracked by the FBI for the last 6 months because of sympathetic postings on messages board(s) about suicide bombings. Even if he was angry about being name called, as reported. Even if he was scared of being deployed, as reported. Even if he was desperate about getting out of the military and hired a lawyer to help him, as reported.I'm going to guess that he had some kind of jihadist issues going on in that head of his. I don't think it's racist or anti-Muslim to say that it's not a surprise that it was a Muslim extremist who did this. It's the world we live in. Extremists are extremist. The people who should be THE MOST angry here are moderate Muslims. Rather than downplay the Muslim side of it and get overly defensive, moderate Muslims around the world need to become far more vocal and ACTIVE about the reality of the direction of Islam. It's been hijacked by a specific sect. Moderate Muslims better figure out how to crush it because especially in the U.S. and the UK, non-Muslims are going to become very vigilante about these things, with moderates on all sides getting sucked into a cycle of violence.My 2 cents. |
