I recommend Timecrimes (Cronocrimenes), a tiny little Spanish movie made on a threadbare budget. It has literally four actors in the entire movie, but has an awesome plot. It spirals out of control and weaves in and out of itself but yet never once gets confusing. It's also due for an American remake in 2011, which at least shows that it was good enough for big studio heads to notice it.This article is pretty bad, though. I'm fairly certain that Rambo V is not going to be "modestly budgeted".

Same thing I said above applies here. There are a lot of prudent savers who will buy these homes and live in them long term if the prices come down to a point where it actually makes sense.These people who bought homes they WANTED but could NOT AFFORD should not be rewarded.But yes, I'll come kick the children to the curb anyway, just for you.
