May not be a crack at all. Ask your wife to take her panties back off, and polish the shaft a bit. This story may have a happy ending. Before you know it, you'll be swinging that wood around like a real pro.
interesting.

Well, I now know to never take a vacation to Cleveland, something bad goes down and it sounds like you're basically *****..
"If a prosecutor knowingly introduces false evidence at trial, that prosecutor is absolutely immune from lawsuit," explains Stephen Sanders, an attorney representing Richter and Hrvol. The rationale is that if prosecutors could be blamed for errors in a trial, they would become vulnerable targets for any litigious convict with an ax to grind. If a prosecutor knowingly introduces false evidence at trial it is not an 'error'. It is willful deception aka lying. Errors are unintentional mistakes. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with laywers. They spend their entire education and career learning what the law is and how to circumvent it. This is their mentality. This is also why we should not have lawyers so involved in government. Knowing this mentality and how many lawyers involved in running our government, are we really surprised the government is so screwed up?The court system should require the prosecution and defense to work together to find the truth, not compete as to who can make a better case.!

I've gone totally cordless. Headphone connectors suck! So I picked up a pair of bluetooth earphones and all is happy, happy, joy joy. If only Motorola were smart enough to build say a 20 second buffer into their bluetooth earphones.?
I was wondering what to have for lunch...Burger Bar it is Hubert Keller you better make a good burger |

Not to disagree, but which vendors? SSL is an open standard used by a wide variety of applications, not just web browsers. There are vpn's that rely on it for example. Should the person who found the flaw have limited notification to a few companies that write web browsers, or should he have made an effort to hunt down each and every product that embeds SSL or links to the libraries to make sure that they know? The details in the article are a bit light in that it states that the person who found the flaw after the initial developers were working on resolving it 'posted details' without any indication of whether the 'details' included a theoretical explanation of how to make use of the flaw, beyond later stating that there are not any exploits known yet.It also sounds like he wanted to work on fixing the problem rather than exploiting it, or encouraging others to exploit the flaw.

I'm an MSU student, and this whole thing is being blown out of proportion on all fronts."Johnstone would not speculate why the device was thrown at the home."It was just some girl exploding a firework on an ex-boyfriend's lawn. There's no reason this should be making national news. Sure, you've gotta be borderline retarded to explode a mortar one block away from the police station, but why is this more important than the millions of dollars in funding for higher education being cut just down the road? |
