The Subway hotdog is awful. I had one a few weeks ago. One thing that McDonalds here in Japan had last year was the Mega Mac. It put the big mac to shame. The thing was seriously like 8 inches tall.. Ridiculously large. I never tried that one because thats just asking for a heart attack.
