That's another 50% dive in home values and when that happens you're going to see a new round of foreclosures. Foreclosures caused by homeowners walking away from their mortgages because they owe twice as much as their home is worth. Why keep paying those huge payments. Now you can rent or purchase another home at half what it costs now..
