Just because the store is called the same name (and upwardsly owned by the same megacorporation) doesn't mean it's cookie-cutter food exactly alike to what we have available locally. Even within the united states there's quite a bit of difference between different regions and what their franchises carry. For instance many of the coastal regions offer fish as the primary sandwich, instead of burgers (they still have burgers too, just like other regions have fish, but the roles are switched).
