I don't find this letter to be chilling at all. I find it to be run of the mill nowadays. Look, is it me, or does murder seem to be very popular lately? I read about far too many people dying over the last few years, now it's just, well...I expect people to die. I don't want people to die, but seems the America mindset is one that cannot accept or strive for peace. Too much anger, too much hatred, too much distrust. And what's even worse, are the wrong people are dying. All the ones who yell that the enemy is at the gate and wants to slaughter us, they never die. The people who die are people who have nothing to do with anything, or are the ones fighting on behalf of the guys who scream the enemy is going to get us. And of course I'm not stupid, I know it's set up that way. The warlords CANNOT die, they're subjects have to. If the people who screamed for war died, well, who would fight? I suppose it doesn't matter, I'm just tired of all the death. I want life, I want people to embrace life, I want everyone to want peace and not want war.
