Oh really?The way the lighting engine worked was each scene was rendered twice in realtime. When you entered and exited the indoors to outdoors and vice versa the scenes would switch form one renderer to another. That is why the transitions from indoors to outdoors looked so nice, you would get a great almost blinding hdr effect.Utterly useless, sure it looked nice but at a tremendous resources cost.
That's a strange reason, considering almost all of the training consultants in our business bought an iPhone.None of them care that it was made by Apple, none of them have any other Apple product.They only chose iPhone because they saw what it could do. One guy gets an iPhone, and within a few months almost all of them now have iPhones...

Yeah its nice having to pay, finding a legit link, finding a link in the first place, finding old stuff, downloading in groups (dont we all love downloading a 3gig rar and having one of the .rxx files gone) 'replying to forum threads' to see links etc.Rapidshare / Megaupload are good (got a 3 month MU account myself for megavideo mainly) but they're not a replacement for bittorent..
The mean age of first sex in the US is 16 with 95% falling within 2 years on either side. I can't imagine the UK is too different.!

Paranoia over laziness and subtle lying is the unspoken concern. Your bosses thinks you want to work from home so you can be logged in for longer hours but do less actual work. Most managers just don't understand the 'getting the project done on time' vs 'i want my x hours of work from you.' >:]I don't know why you would* want to work from home though, doing it part time seems find, but if you're completely outside of the 'social circle' in a work environment and have no interaction with your boss, hell if they don't even know you exist other than the occasional completed project from you... it's not a hard choice to just get rid of you over someone else if push comes to shove.Most people are only capable of thinking from their perspective, so I'm not surprised this is debated. But if you thought more objectively about the nature of social dynamics and the value of human interaction you would see it's actually a risk against you to work from home, at least when talking about an office job.I think the choice comes down to the nature of the job or work being done, it should not be a universal choice.?
No those are bad too ... they just have yet to be been proven as such.

This enables them to evolve a faster rates since their genetic patterns will change at similar rates as their lifespans.This does NOT mean that butterflies will eventually become spiders or moths or even fish, since the profound genetic changes that would need to occur happen across timespans of millions of years.And, yes, we may be able to engineer such radical changes in the future, but engineering is not the same as letting things change on their own. Evolution works through countless factors like changes in habitat, predation levels, food sources, population, the introduction of new competitors for living space and food and also disease. You don't need an "engineer" outside of these influences to create speciation. Genetics and time can do it for you.

Israelis have done horrible things to Palestinians. Palestinians have done horrible things to Israelis. Can we ***** get over it already? The thing that really pisses me off about the whole conflict is that it seems as if I'm forced to take sides here. I have no desire to take sides here. I sympathize with both sides, and yet I recognize that both sides have committed terrible acts in support of their cause. So why do people insist that I take a stance that one side is right and the other wrong?
