I remember him being a HUGE proponent of going into Iraq, convincingly stating that France was holding back UN action because they were secretly violating the embargoes. He said once we were in all that would come to light.Okay....still waiting...

“It IS hypothetical at this point. All talk. No script. No studio backing. Nothing but talk right now.And by the time it comes out even if it is on schedule, it will be 5+ years removed from the sho going off hte air. If they are expecting any studio to put money into this, they are nuts. A show that barely had 3 million viewers when it was FREE is not going to make money.

He's a plant. Mostly because _no one_ holds a ten minute speech with unsanctioned criticism of the Supreme Leader, and he ESPECIALLY doesn't get it distributed by official Iranian news, but also because on the junta earlier said it would allow minor dissent, in order to show that Iran is not the repressive dictatorship that it actually is, and this was exactly the kind of harmless "minor dissent" the junta welcomes.In short, it IS a hoax to show that they have freedom there..

At minimum, I think these guys need to lose their licenses to practice law. I'm not ready to cast aside prosecutorial discretion yet. While there may be horrific cases like this from time to time, to remove prosecutorial discretion would open up a whole new realm of litigation in just about every single criminal case and it would probably severely tax the resources of both the defense' offices and the prosecution's offices.It might feel right, but there'd be some very real systemic costs to this proposition.?
Actually, Firefox for me defaulted to Google, not that I minded and in fact expect from just about any web browser |

Walters and McCaffrey sucked worse. Even now, every time I hear McCaffrey's whistly drone on whatever channel he's a war correspondent on, I wanna hurl.Or smoke dope.Or both.And, I hope Walters stays under whatever rock he scurried under after the Bush administration left the WH.
